An Ongoing Online and In-Person Course

Do you want to improve your relationship with your partner or other adults in your life? Do you want to feel calm, confident, energized, and grateful? Join us for Gratefully Parenting. Together we will learn about and practice Jane Nelson's Positive Discipline and Dan Siegel's The Whole Brain Child. We will learn some new skills and strategies that we can put to use right away. We will learn while also honoring our own strengths, knowledge and intuition; feeling OK to take what works for us and ditch the rest.
