a fix for a wardrobe problem - a broken zipper
Few wardrobe malfunctions are as frustrating as a broken zipper on a coat or bag that’s otherwise fine. Now there’s solution that’s faster and easier than finding a seamstress. FixnZip is a patented spring plate design consisting of two slider plates, a thumbscrew and spring, all of American-made metal.
The device comes in three sizes and works on metal, plastic, open-ended, closed-ended and even invisible zippers. Attaching the device takes a bit of getting used to, but if the first try doesn’t work, the second attempt will. Once we became accustomed to the amount of tension to place on the thumbscrew to attach the FixnZip and start the zipping action, the process seemed simple.
The devices are $10 each or a pack of three in all three sizes is $25. For more information, visit fixnzip.com
