She says it with a necklace

Beth Quinn Design's jewelry highlights the old, worn and shiny.

She may not have known it at the time, but Beth Quinn began picking up her skills as a jewelry maker when her father introduced the little girl to metal working in his shop years ago.

But when she inherited his tools in 2001, the
writing was on the wall. Since then, Beth Quinn Designs has been producing jewelry that highlights the old, worn and shiny.

Quinn’s she line actually includes the word on most pieces, as part of “little affirmations to bring women joy ... made with sparkle to be worn close to your heart.”

As gifts, the large charm necklaces ($40) combine the sentiment of a well-written card with the value of a keepsake, thanks to uplifting phrases ranging from “she discovered she was the hero,” to “she took the leap and built her wings.”
